By reporting incidents as soon as possible our policyholders give us the best opportunity to keep control of third party claims costs.
For this reason we do not require claims forms and we urge our brokers and policyholders to report all claims via the above.
Our Call Management Service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week providing our policyholders with the peace of mind that your claim has been registered and will be dealt with by an experienced claims handler.

As a Direct Commercial product Haul-in-One is proud to have a dedicated customer service team providing expert claims handling for the wide range of commercial motor risks that form the core of our business.
In March 2017, we rejuvenated our approach to claims handling and reversed the trend set by others who outsource their claims handling by creating our own in-house claims team.
DCL chose to take back control of claims and re-aligned every aspect of claims handling to provide the very highest levels of service whilst ensuring that every area of financial expenditure was managed in the most efficient and cost effective way possible
